General Information on Nepal VISAs:

All foreigners, except Indian nationals, need valid VISA to visit Nepal. All the VISA applications must be submitted online.

Normally, a Tourist VISA is issued as an entry VISA for all the foreigners.

To obtain the VISA from this Embassy, at first applicant have to submit the online form at this link:

Then,

1. Applicants must apply for VISA at this Embassy on every working day (Sunday-Thursday) from 10:00 to 1:00 hours with the following:
   • Submission slip or Submission number of the Online VISA Application
   • Original passport with at least 6 months" validity and two blank VISA pages
   • VISA fees (Payment should be done at the Embassy after the documents are verified by the Embassy Officials)
   • Official Note for Gratis VISA (for Diplomatic or Official passports only)
   • And other necessary documents as specified.
2. The current tourist VISA fee rates are as follows:
   • 15 days Multiple entries permit VISA EGP 1650.
   • 30 days Multiple entries permit VISA EGP 2750.
   • 90 days Multiple entries permit VISA EGP 6875.
3. Collection time for the passport and VISA is 12:30 to 14:30 hours on the official day.
